Job Description Essential Responsibilities: This position is a member of the ADI Global Distribution Learning & Development team reporting to the Director, Global Learning & Development. The position is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all customer-facing training programs including ADI Academy, ADI Expo Seminars, ADI Webinars, and classes delivered at ADI branch locations. Job Duties: Ownership of ADI's Customer Learning Platform - ADI Academy Conduct VOC and stay up to date on industry trends to identify customer training needs. Work with marketing and suppliers to select appropriate content and determine the approach (buy or build) to launch relevant courses to our customers. Manage and select 3rd party content providers and developers, including contract negotiations and SOWs.
