As our email marketing specialist, you’ll be responsible for keeping our customers and prospective leads updated on exciting updates, including promotions, events, and other opportunities. You’ll be building and segmenting email lists, nurturing leads, helping to write email copy, as well as collaborating with copywriters, and UX designers to develop engaging emails that get opened.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure email copy is creative, well-written, and engaging and to develop subject lines with higher open rates
Understand best practices for different types of marketing emails such as announcements, promotions, events, customer stories, new content, re-engagement, and/or marketing journey emails.
Work with e-commerce team to put together order status emails such as confirmation emails, cancellations, or abandoned cart emails.
Collaborate with graphic designers and UX designers to ensure emails are properly designed, formatted, and mobile-friendly
Ensure spam regulation compliance
Ensure timely delivery of relevant messages to the right audience
Monitor and report on campaign analytics to determine actionable insights
Brainstorm with your team to determine overall strategy to boost ROI
Determine the best strategy for segmenting email lists by demographics, buyer journey stage, and other methods
