Senior Manager, Digital Marketing





Essential Job Functions[1]:

1. Engages audiences with the company’s digital platforms through the creation and execution of digital content, social engagement, and technological innovation.

2. Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

3. Tracks conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

4. Oversees the social media strategy and campaign marketing for the company.

5. Reviews new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

6. Guides teams in implementing data-driven and user-centered methodologies to optimize digital experiences across dotcom, mobile and emerging platforms to drive KPIs.

7. Guides teams in developing best-in-class processes to collect data, client feedback, derive insights and inform business intelligence and product decisions.

8. Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing with a focus on both the B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel acquisition strategies, including but not limited to search, social, paid, retargeting and email marketing
  • Experience leading a small team to achieve outsized results
  • Strong business partnering experience across multiple departments; ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals
  • Experience in marketing planning, managing and completing cross-team projects; Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience writing content and working with content marketing platforms.

  • Demonstration of critical thinking capabilities, exceptionally analytical and quantitative; an ability to turn data into marketing recommendations
  • Naturally curious and driven to find creative solutions that others haven’t considered; Have an A/B testing and optimization mindset
